"A great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in Hanoi. What I liked most was the combination of a central location, a pleasant room, and genuinely friendly service. The room was spacious enough for a relaxing stay, with big windows and a nice feeling of openness. Everything was clean and well maintained when we arrived. The reception team was professional but also very warm and approachable. They helped us arrange transportation and gave us useful advice about places to visit. We also booked a tour through the hotel and found the process very convenient. After a busy day exploring Hanoi, it was nice to come back to such a comfortable and quiet place. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Great experience, the staff is super attentive and goes above and beyond to make your stay special. The hotel is almost brand new, the Grand Suite is very nicely sized and the facilities are in excellent condition. You can’t beat the location, you can walk to almost anywhere in the Old Quarters from here. Another highlight is the breakfast buffet, which is super high quality and has a great assortment of food to cover all preferences. Thanks to Julie and Jesse for making this a great experience."

"We had an amazing stay! The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained, but what truly made our experience special was the incredible staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast staff were wonderful and made every morning feel special. The spa was fantastic and so relaxing, and the bellboys were always helpful and welcoming with a smile. From beginning to end, every detail was wonderful. We truly felt cared for and welcomed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!"
