Really nice hotel, had some refurbishment going on but the hotel staff were excellent. We were looked after really well . It’s in a great location and walking distance to train street which was about 10mins. Would definitely stay here again

From the moment we arrived, Jimmy made us feel welcome and handled everything smoothly. The hotel is in a great location, which made getting around Hanoi much easier than expected. Our room was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, with large windows that made it feel bright and airy. Housekeeping was good, and the room was always pleasant to return to after a long day outside. We also appreciated the staff’s assistance with arranging tours and transportation. Their recommendations made our trip much more enjoyable. The service, location, and overall comfort were all excellent, and the hotel offered very good value for the experience. A lovely place to stay in Hanoi.

The hotel is ideally located in the bustling and bustling old quarter. My room was clean and well appointed. The rooftop deck and restaurant were great. What stood out spectacularly is the high quality and attention of the staff. They were friendly and helpful and lovely. I must call out Abby and James who always had a kind word and offer of assistance. Highly recommend!
