They are super nice and helpful. The hotel is located in the Old Quarter walking distance from most things. You can get a real feel for the city and the Old Quarter. This is a small hotel, and it isn't a 5 star hotel so don't expect it to be. But for the price, the service, the location, and everything else it is really unbeatable. Overall, Royal palace is a great stay don't miss the opportunity to meet the wonderful people who work there. "
