There’s more than enough seating for everyone to be part of the conversation, or gather round the Smart TV for a quiet movie night. A well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to self-cater your holiday, and with two fridge-freezers there is plenty of space to store all the favourites you’ve brought from home. Dine at the table big enough for everyone to share a meal together, or fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco on the shaded deck.

At the end of the day’s adventures, three bedrooms offer everyone a place to lay their head. The rooms feature a combination of queen and bunk beds, and there is even a port-a-cot available for use. There are also two sofa beds in the living area, should you be looking for a little extra space or privacy in the bedrooms.
Two full bathrooms, and two additional toilets provide ample conveniences for everyone. The wet floor shower in one of the bathrooms provides disability access if required.
The Red Barn is situated just 400m from the beach and 3km from the boat ramp, making it an ideal spot to enjoy fishing and swimming on your holiday. The forest for hiking and biking is just 4km from your home away from home, and if you’d like to check out the multitude of activities in Rotorua, it’s just a 12km drive into town.
