Truly unique quirky architecture à la Dr Seuss. That’s the real reason to stay there. No real services or staff. Difficult communication and check in. No AC or even windows in some rooms just mosquito screens. Street noisy at times. But again, you are staying in a hallucinatory dream house.

Couldn’t check in. No communication

Tried to check in, and nobody was there to answer buzzer at gate. Called and sent a message. Someone got back to me a few hours later with a gate code, but we had already rented another place down the street. I expect a full refund, but that hasn’t happened yet. Reading the reviews, this is common behavior by the property management.
