"We really enjoyed our stay here, the rooms were spacious and well maintained, clean and very comfortable. The fully stocked free mini bar that was replenished daily was definitely a plus! The staff throughout the hotel were so friendly and helpful, you could see they all loved working here and it made the holiday all the more enjoyable. The facilities were great, the choice of restaurants and bars abundant and we had so much variety that we didn’t go to the same one twice in the week that we were there. We loved the beach but preferred to use the pool to swim as we were there when there was a lot of sea grass. There was lots to do in resort with a daily schedule of different activities and entertainment offerings to keep you occupied if you wanted more than just chill on a beach or around the pool. My only criticisms would be that they allowed people to place towels on the sunbeds even if they weren’t using them all day and didn’t stop people from holding onto the floats that were available for you to use in the pool (Lazy River) so I would recommend you take your own."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Service, Average Food at Dreams Riviera Cancun My partner and I recently stayed at Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa for four days to attend a wedding reception. Overall, the trip was wonderful, despite two days of rain. What We Loved (5/5 Stars) The absolute highlight of our stay was the incredible staff and service. The employees were genuinely nice and treated us with such respect, making us feel like family. Their personalized attention truly elevated the experience. A special shout-out goes to the concierge. We needed a last-minute babysitter for the wedding reception, and they immediately helped us find a reliable sitter. This support was a lifesaver! Furthermore, the entire resort was noticeably clean and well-maintained. The only major drawback was the dining. 3/5 Stars) Unfortunately, the food was consistently average. I can't offer many compliments on the meals, and the quality could definitely be improved to match the excellent standard set by the service and facilities. We did experience rain for two of the four days, but the staff's positive demeanor and the lovely resort atmosphere still allowed us to have a good time indoors. "The view was fabulous! Possibly the best beach view we have had in Mexico. The pool and sun deck were 1 floor below us with the same wonderful view of the ocean. The boardwalk to the beach was right next to the property. The beach clubs with snorkeling and diving tours are all along the beach front. The music during the day is lively but not loud. We could see the traditional performers from our balcony. The beach front is quiet after 7 pm, providing an intimate experience from the balcony or the pool deck. The staff at the property were friendly and helpful! We will definitely return! "

"We had a fantastic 4 month stay here. The apartment was very well appointed and clean. Both Rodrigo, the property manager and Julio, the onsite point person were very responsive to our needs. The location is unrivaled. It has a commanding view of the coast complete with frigate birds and pelicans soaring overhead. It is steps from a beach that you have to yourself. Gorgeous crystal clear Caribbean waters. A short drive or bike ride to town. "
