We had the best time at the resort. Our Expedia concierge Manuel Canche was amazing. He helped us book our dinners and was always checking in on us to make sure our trip was amazing. We loved the perks of booking through Expedia like a discount on our Catamaran trip.

This hotel is amazing, and I truly recommend it for all families. I have never seen a hotel of this size before. There are so many restaurants, bars, and food options. The service, cleanliness, staff attitude, and water parks are all top-notch. Special thanks to Eduara from Expedia Guest Services for his outstanding attitude and support. We will absolutely be back!
