The room stayed very clean as the staff was extremely attentive. All staff helped you with your every need. Guided you to areas of entertainment, booking dinners, and keeping the drinks coming. The food was great and so was the environment. Very wonderful vacation

My wife and I had an amazing vacation. Our room was one of the best with a swim out pool with 24hrs room service.!The staff were attentive and welcoming. The scenery was beautiful and the massive pools came with umbrellas along with chairs.

Loved the swim out suite. The hotel, food, drinks, and service were top tier. The only issue was the overwhelming amount of seaweed at the beach. Considering the beautiful resort, the beach is not a deal breaker. Would highly recommend for any occasion. My stay was relaxing with just the right amount of entertainment (i.e., pool foam party, karaoke, yoga, hibachi).

For my first resort, this was an introduction to the resort life. The staff was excellent, room and the area was always clean. The food and the pools were amazing. They upgraded my room for my birthday. Only issue I had was a leaking AC unit in the bathroom when I first got there, but that was fixed in 30 mins. We wish they had two more restaurants-one being an authentic Mexican restaurant.
