"We fell in love with London - but it might have been 45 Park Lane that is what we truly fell in love with, and London was just a bonus.
We cannot wait to return as soon as we can to this amazing hotel. "

"The room was cozy and clean. I enjoyed the cookies, tea and chocolate the hotel provided in the room. The hotel staff was particularly helpful in storing my luggage while I walked around the city both before check in and after I checked out. The location was fantastic!"
"Service was excellent. Every staff member that I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was well- appointed and comfortable. A little pricey but very worthwhile. "
"The hotel was a different experience in having no windows but for our short stay in London it proved to be a fantastic location, wonderful service and very comfortable! Definitely recommend!!"
"Easily the best dining option I’ve ever had in a hotel, everything was always fresh and delicious and the staff was wonderful. Thank you for having me! "
"I stayed here in February this year and while the hotel itself was lovely, the location great and a reasonable price for its location, there some niggles with service and the lifts that meant i gave it 3 stars.
I am delighted to report that on this second visit the feedback Gave to the hotel directly has been taken onboard and all the issues I had were addressed.
The rooms were spotless, comfortable and you would be hard pressed to find a comparable hotel in a central location cheaper."
"Booked less than a week before, £153 which was not too bad. Came through for a concert. Hotel is great location with the underground just across the road. Shops nearby. The room itself was a cocoon so the clue is in the name, very simple and cosy. Booked as a couple, it was a bit tight for getting changed not a lot of open space. However the bed was very cosy, did not feel to tight at all. Best night sleep I’ve had in a good while. Definitely recommend if you just want somewhere to sleep!"
