"Beautiful decoration of both the hotel in general and the room. The room was slightly on the small side but very nice. The restaurant was excellent for both our evening meal and breakfast, however although the service was good I disliked the 15% service fee applied. Although the norm for the US, it is certainly not"

"This hotel was amazing! From the first moment you walk into the hotel- the staff great you with hot towels and are so amazing! The rooms are so nice. Beds are a little firm but rooms are a great size. The favorite part of the experience was Vas. Best doorman in London!! Very friendly and personable. Would stay here again just for him! "

"It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining and site seeing tours. Room very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Gym is new (didn't have a choice to use it). The Dandy Bar was good as well. "
