Highly recommend.

We loved this hotel. Lots of character, really helpful staff, and delicious breakfast. (Well worth the extra cost!) Our room was comfortable and very quiet. Great stay.

This hotel was very unique. We loved the victorian decor. The staff was on site 24 hours if you needed anything. Comfy, clean, and very close to any bus or tube line you could want.

Enjoyed our stay very much

Really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location for getting around and enjoy the immediate area. The rooms are small and when we found it was too tight for 2 adults and 1 small child, they offered to move us to an accessible room for free. Had tea here as well which was lovely. Great service all around. Only 2 things that could have been better is the pillows are very thin and the water pressure is very light.

A well located gem

Extremely charming and spacious junior suite. Furniture and decor are exquisite. Nice bathroom, and lighting options . Staff are very helpful. Area convenient without being overly busy. Walkable to Hyde Park, Selfridges, Oxford Street. Only 5 min walk to Marble Arch underground. I would certainly stay here again .

If you tired of the standard Marriott Hilton room experience or just like “retro” … this place offers inspiration and a “thinking” clientele… may be a getting used too initially but once you left “memorable”!

Loved the location and how quiet it was. Cute boutique hotel. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Spacious room and bathroom. I ended up with a disability accessible room, which resulted in a flooded bathroom every morning. Also, there was no convenient place to plug in a hair styling tool near a mirror so it was a bit inconvenient to get ready every morning.

Doesn’t provide full service 7 days per week

Loved our stay. We stayed on a Saturday and then went exploring in the city all day Sunday. The only reason I give it a 4-star is there was ZERO food/ beverage service on Sundays (and apparently Mondays) which in my experience as someone who travels ALL the time is big hotel NO-NO. For guests and customers off the street, this isn’t okay seeing as this is a hospitality service, and a 7-days per week service, so therefore the full service needs to be there all week. Otherwise, don’t be open 7 days a week, simple as. The lack of service on Sundays/Mondays makes me want to book elsewhere the next time in London, which is sad because everything else about the Zetter was splendid. Maybe for a Friday night single stay, but not for a romantic weekend.
