"I stayed here in February this year and while the hotel itself was lovely, the location great and a reasonable price for its location, there some niggles with service and the lifts that meant i gave it 3 stars. I am delighted to report that on this second visit the feedback Gave to the hotel directly has been taken onboard and all the issues I had were addressed. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and you would be hard pressed to find a comparable hotel in a central location cheaper."

"My husband, sister, niece, and I stayed at the Clermont for a week in June 2025 and had a very good experience. The location near Victoria Station is ideal for getting around London. The staff was quite helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. While the breakfast choices were limited, it was convenient and satisfying enough to justify this add on.
