"Brilliant location. Near tube station and museums. Plenty of amenities/shops nearby. Room basic, but had everything needed. Tea/coffee, TV, WiFi, clean towels and overall very clean,warm and well lit. Staff/reception friendly. Several flights of stairs to room, which I knew before booking, but offer of help was made even though not needed."

"Great location but this hotel needs a decoration update, layout and amenities fine but the windows are in need of a paint and draughty and the door lock was a bit cranky! The rooms are comfy and for the price it’s good value and the beds are comfortable. Friendly helpful staff and good location "

"From entering the hotel to leaving, everything was perfect. All the staff members were very helpful and polite, the room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Overall it was a lovely stay and the location was close to many shops, with the tube station just over the road. "

"Ideal location, near Knightbridge tube station, and very convenient. Staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them, from welcoming us to the hotel to allowing us to keep our luggage in the hotel after checkout while we crammed the last bits of sightseeing in. Would definitely stay again, and thank you to all the staff for making our stay a lovely one."
