"Our uber dropped us off at the wrong property, ( Fairmont pan not waterfront they were amazing! Loaded our luggage into the hotel car and took us to the Fairmont Waterfront. Once there the bell men took our luggage. Check in was easy and quick. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were fall asleep perfect. Checked out on the tv. We were going on a cruise so after about an hour and thirty minutes and finally getting up to the customs line up I realized I left all my money in the safe at the hotel room!! Fast forward, the staff at the hotel were amazing and quickly retrieved my belongings from the safe. Thank you for everything Fairmont Waterfront!!"

"Conveniently situated beside the outlet mall and Capston station for SkyTrain. Very friendly staff. Expensive breakfast prices though. Overall very nice experience."

"We loved the attentive staff, Starbucks in the lobby and comfortable room. We wished that water was provided in our room - the only option was to purchase a refillable bottle for $7. We just bought one and shared it. Great location to walk around- luxury shopping is right around the corner, or walk to the port and see the cruise ships. In a safe part of town. "
