The location was perfect to walk anywhere in Old Quarter and next to the lake. The breakfast was exceptional and had great variety...the french toast was amazing. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and they are highly professional and happy. The room was spacious and had the best amenities. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Meritel Hotel in Hanoi. The hotel was spotlessly clean with stylish interiors and a lovely atmosphere. All the staff were fantastic, but a special mention goes to Alex and Linh who were especially helpful throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable with a powerful shower and modern design. We also used the in-house spa which was amazing, definitely worth a visit. Breakfast each morning had a great selection and top-notch service. The hotel restaurant is also a great option if you're looking to have lunch or dinner, with delicious food and excellent service.

"Clean rooms and great service! The breakfast was amazing and all staff made sure that we were all happy and cared for. We even got upgraded for my parents as it was my dads birthday! They provided a beautiful cake and decorated the room for them! Very sweet!"
