"Wonderful staff and great location. The rooftop bar was wonderful, as was the breakfast. Only downsides were fairly expensive bar drinks for Vietnam, and only one elevator that doesn’t go the whole way to the restaurant or rooftop, which we could see impacted some other travellers. Would stay there again for the staff helpfulness and the location though."

"Excellent service & friendly staff. Breakfast with delicious food and the lady named "Mimi" who was very helpful as my son is a bit picky on food. Rooms were nicely cleaned. And of course the Hotel Manager Jimmy who was been very helpful in giving us all info where to visit, from day 1 until we checked out. Overall The Hanoi Signature Hotel is highly recommended."

"Central location of all activities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has varieties of food, Vietnamese traditional and western choices. "Thom on reception was so helpful a long with Bach and another bell boy, sorry I didn’t catch his name. They helped me with a high amount of luggage get to my next destination. It all run so smoothly. Grace and her team too helped me arrive and communicated through messenger before I arrived. This is my second time of staying at this hotel, it won’t be the last."
