"Great little boutique hotel in the old town area. Very walkable to all the key sites. Helped us arrange transport to Ha Long Bay and held our luggage for several days too. Highly recommend!"

"Great overall experience! Grace, Carmellia and the rest of the concierge staff really made my stay extra special. They always greeted my parents and me when we went out adventuring and welcomed us "home" when we finally returned. Combine that with amazing breakfast food, an amazing swimming pool and a great room put this hotel in my record books."
"The staff is incredible. They are attentive, hard working and go out of their way to make sure that everyone is happy and have what they need.
The standard rooms are tiny and outdated. We were moved to a larger, renovated room and it was perfect. The restaurant is excellent. Food is fresh and service is exceptional. Welcome drink and desert was lovely and the parting gift was a nice touch. Reserved transport from the airport directly with the hotel. Very convenient, reliable and efficient. No need to haggle at the airport. The driver waits for you in arrival section with your name on a sign.

"Everything about this hotel works perfectly. The location, rooms, staff and food are exactly right. The manager, Alex, is happy to "go the extra mile" to make sure that you have what you need and that you're well looked after. His team is friendly, helpful and all seem to be very happy. This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel, and it won't be my last. Location-wise, you are in easy reach of Hoan Kiem lake, good eating places and, if you're feeling brave, the train street.
I just need to say and extra 'thank you' to Alex. I don't think the word 'no' is in his vocabulary and this attitude just takes the stress out of business travel in Hanoi. When a promised delivery failed to arrive, it was Alex who go on the phone to DHL to find out what was happening and then made sure that when it did eventually appear it was sent on to my next hotel in HCMC. Exceptional service.
Sure, you can stay in grander hotels in Hanoi, but you can't get much better!"
"A nice buffet breakfast, and a games room and indoor pool. There is a beautiful view from the bar on the rooftop. And it’s a lovely and quiet place to sit in the mornings if you’re up early. Comfy room and bed. A fantastic shower too."
"Absolutely stunning hotel in the middle of Hanoi old quarter. Everything was so easily accessible - from the Lake to the train street and everything in between! The room was gorgeous and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a healthy selection of Vietnamese delicacies. Totally recommended!"
