Beach Hotels & Resorts in Historic Kailua Village from NZ$381

"This was our second stay at this condo resort. This condo is a nice 1 bedroom located on the south side of the building overlooking Honl's Beach. The condo is very nice and suited two of just perfectly, but can accommodate an additional 1 or 2 people. The kitchen is well appointed, even having a coffee bean grinder (necessary for grinding the Kona coffee beans that you purchase at the growers' farms) and a blender. There is some salt & pepper and a few odds and ends in the kitchen pantry closet...

"The property was a little outdated but taken care of well. Room service was on time every day. Staff was friendly and helpful. The area around the resort was nice and shops were easily walkable. Only complaint would be the area had a decent amount of homeless people but that isn't the resorts fault. Would definitely come back"

"This was our second time staying at the Kona Castle Reef . This oceanfront unit was comfortable, tidy and an excellent layout. Some of the lighting fixtures seemed dated and Could use replacement . Having the bbq’s there as an alternative cooking option was fantastic. We can’t wait to visit again next year and hopefully secure the same unit as we did this time ."

"The place was very nice and in a great location. I found it strange that the host came by an knocked on the door an hour after we arrived (I had to jump out the shower to answer) and then asked me 5 times to let her know when we planned on leaving via text and with a note even tho the listing said checkout is at 10 am. Was a bit overwhelming and unnecessary. "
