"The properly is beautifully situated, but completely outdated. Rooms and furnishings need to be upgraded. Exterior panels on the building are badly worn and in need of repair in some places. The hotels major restaurant was not open restaurant was not open leaving only one open air area for dining. Front desk staff was exceptional and accommodating. Maid service was also exceptional. Pool area is relatively small but well maintained and managed, but there is no food or drink service at the pool. Waiter staff was mixed with experienced and inexperienced personnel and supervision seemed to lack good customer skills. The food was okay."
