"This house thought of everything, from the automatic night lights to the kitchen stocked with staples such as oil, salt, and pepper for cooking. We had lots of space, enjoyed being outside as much as we could. The pool and ocean views were amazing. Exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood was safe and very clean with beautiful homes and landscaping. The host was so responsive any time I had a question. We enjoyed the private chef and being treated like royalty! We loved our stay there and would 100% stay at this house again."

"This is a great spot for the individual or couple wanting a clean, reasonably priced place to explore Kona and the rest of the Big Island. It is an easy walk to Magic Sands Beach, and it’s a short drive (4 miles) from the touristy dinning and shopping area. The host is very friendly, and communicative. The onsite coin operated laundry machines really help you pack less for a longer trip. The kitchen is modest, but well equipped with plates, bowls, cups, various utensils, pot, pan, hot plate, toaster, microwave."

"We really loved our stay here. The location was great as you could easily walk down to the beach and back, having parking and a hose to wash the sand out as well as access to borrow many recreational stull at the home was awesome. We got upgraded for free to a slightly larger room which was really nice and unexpected. Nights were quiet and the bed was comfy. Only improvement in my opinion is maybe adding AC (even a small standing unit) may help. The heat made it a bit hard to sleep but nothing a quick cold shower or a dip in the ocean can't fix. Overall, It was a really nice place to stay, we will definitely stay here again when visiting the Big Island/Kona area."

"My family and I had a very nice stay at the Outrigger in Kona. The hotel was close to everything yet far enough away from downtown Kona that it felt peaceful and secluded. We enjoyed the hotel room, the gym, and the beautiful area surrounding the hotel. We had one problem with our air conditioner that was quickly resolved by the hotel staff."

"The view of Kahalu'u Bay from the deck is phenomenal. Life just doesn't get any better than when you are just a few steps from some of the best snorkeling on the whole island. The condo is spacious and has everything you could possibly think of needing. It was absolutely clean. The steps to the third floor will help burn the calories you are going to find at the amazing restaurants in town. We had one issue and the owners were immediately responsive. They treated us very well. It was paradise."
