"This was our first visit to the Big Island. The property manager responded to my question regarding snorkeling gears promptly. It was easy to get to the property from the airport. The property was very clean and well equipped for our needs. There were welcome gifts of local beer and snacks! We enjoyed Kona coffee provided as well. "The condo is decorated nicely and located near restaurants and shopping area. The host answered us promptly with questions and addressing concern/issue. "The condo was the perfect size for a family of 4. Well equipped with everything we needed to make meals and also items for our beach days (towels, chairs, umbrella). We had no issues whatsoever with the condo itself; our only issue was the rooster(s) we heard every morning starting around 4:30am."

Pools were extraordinary. All in all you won’t be disappointed. Only reason it didn’t get five stars across the board would be the loft. A little warm and door on bathroom made privacy a bit awkward. Also the close by beach isn’t all that. I had my grown adult girls there so they require a little more privacy....
