"Great location. Easy walk to do many interesting things in Old Hanoi. Nice breakfast buffet or made to order. The staff is fantastic. So friendly and helpful. We left some luggage when we went on a tour, when we came back they had it in our new room. They will arrange anything you need. Great English. Thanks so much!"
