Friendly hotel staff, clean rooms, and helpful concierge. Special shout out to Sulli, Jimmy, Angela and Jenny. Breakfast fare was limited but they graciously made a variety of eggs and pho on request. Laundry available for small charge. We will return to this location on our next visit to Hanoi.

From the decor, service, breakfast, staff, rooms to cleanliness: it’s faultless. Highly recommend and will come back to this or one of their others in the chain.
