Our stay at the Grand Park Royal Cancun was fantastic. The resort is stunning and offers plenty of amenities. Our room was spotless, the food was excellent, and the beach and pool areas were absolutely beautiful. Both pools were enjoyable, but the adults‑only pool was especially nice for a quieter, more relaxing atmosphere. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, and both check‑in and check‑out were quick and seamless.

Beautiful property with great access to the beach, tasteful sun beds and amazing views. The restaurants are delicious and you always get a sitting, either early or later. However it is not really suitable for families, since the pools aren’t heated and half the property is adults only, which severely limits options for parents - that was our greatest disappointment.

The Grand Park Royal Cancun exceeded our expectations -- the food was fantastic (tip: have breakfast in one of the restaurants, as it's all made to order), though you do need to make reservations for the ala carte restaurants ahead of time, especially if you want to eat on the earlier side. The rooms were lovely, the staff tremendous, and the all-inclusive plan meant that once they put your wristlet on you, nothing else was needed for the remainder of your stay. We will absolutely stay here again.

The staff at this resort were extremely attentive, hard working, and attentive. The resort grounds, though small, were very clean, and it’s situated in a good location relative to off resort activities. Really enjoyed my stay.

Was there early March for 1 week. With wife and two teens. We enjoyed the stay. The beach is beautiful. The “fantastic” crew really does a good job at keeping people engaged and the entertainment during the day positive. The food was good as well. Some restaurants definately better then others and the buffet was decent. Overall the property was clean and staff was good. Seemed like sometimes the bar staff at the pool was a bit overwhelmed but still did their best.

We had a clean room, and a wonderful view. But the first day we were there all of the power outlets stopped working inside of the bedroom (we had a suit). I told the staff multiple times and nobody ever came to fix the problem. Our airport shuttle was great, and food was decent.

Staff at the buffet like Erika , Feliciana, Yuliana, are fantastic ladies and they give you an impeccable service. The chef David , and Jessica, are also great and will accommodate your special needs if you are vegan. Felipe at one he Italian restaurant is a great guy and he takes good care of you.

The resort was amazing! Everything was clean and well maintained. Our balcony view was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was ok, nothing special, but the drinks were delicious. The only complaint we had is the sales pitch given to us by Grand Park Royal as soon as we checked in, we were tired and thirsty after travel, and had no idea it was coming.
