"We have stayed at the Mio three different times. We were a little disappointed with this visit. Had to ask four times to switch rooms because the air conditioning did not work. No offer of upgrades. Pool is in need of repair. Service staff excellent and very friendly. Breakfast is very good and well worth the extra cost. Close to good restaurants and shopping. All in all we had a good stay and love PVR. "

"Hotel is a bit dated compared to the other resorts but very clean. We had a three bedroom/ 2 bath suite which had two rooms without a view and the main bedroom with a balcony and view. Kitchen has everything to prepare meals but we had the all inclusive package and didn’t use it. Living room is spacious with an ocean view balcony as well. "The hotel is an older property, but they keep nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay, especially sleeping on their king size beds. The bathroom is dated, but it served it's purpose. The maids always kept my room nice and clean and never messed with the air conditioning in my room. They never touched any of my stuff. I loved my stay. Will stay here again and again if possible."

"This property is older more of a timeshare. Some of the properties knew some of the properties is old. If you stay in the new tower, the rooms are nice, but it is very loud and noisy in the hallways, but they are beautiful views, but this property is probably the best of values.
