love this resort. Room has a nice balcony with comfortable bed and a beautiful view. Food is always good, fresh, and available. Staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Private beach is idealistic-- white sands, beautiful view of ocean, big waves, lots of seating. Pools are warm and there always seems to be helpful staff around to grab drinks or extra chairs.

Property and beach were beautiful. Food and pools were great. Things that were lacking were activities for older kids and it was hard to control humidity in the room which meant air was musty smelling and things were damp. Apparently this only happens in some rooms and others are fine. This hotel is quite isolated and taxis are needed to explore off the resort. Otherwise a wonderful relaxing experience with kind and attentive staff.

The resort is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and most of the bartenders and general staff were great. However, the front desk staff could be more courteous and efficient. Check in and checkout both took about 30 minutes due to long lines, and the staff seemed impatient. After check in, we were sent to guest services and invited to a “quick meeting” that turned out to be a timeshare presentation, which was not clearly explained upfront. The presentation ended up taking about two hours and felt very pushy after we said no. We were promised free massages for attending but were told the spa was fully booked, so we could not use them and were given $100 instead, which does not match the value. The food also needs improvement in variety. Breakfast and lunch options were repetitive, and dinner requires early reservations, with some better items costing extra, which does not feel truly all inclusive. The resort is very quiet with little nightlife, and most activities end by 9 PM, so it feels more geared toward older guests. For the price paid, the overall value did not meet expectations.

Mediocre at best. The stay got off to a rough start when the coffee shop served instant coffee and used Hershey’s syrup for hot chocolate—never a great sign. The restaurants were clearly understaffed, leading to long, unorganized wait times, and the buffet offered very limited options. To make matters worse, there was construction going on at night, which made it hard to relax or sleep. There was no real entertainment, and activities for kids were extremely limited. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the price or the hype. To end things on a positive note, I haveacknowledged that staff was very attentive and courteous.

very nice accommodations fairly remote accessible via Uber or taxi. Staff was lovely. Food was good and very daily would have liked more restaurant options and more entertainment during the week however, overall very nice relaxing exclusive location will definitely visit again.

Absolutely enjoyed this place! The view, the well manicured grounds, the pools, beach just steps away made this an ideal place to relax and enjoy the views! A very attentive staff that made our stay fantastic! I have only one complaint, and that is more to the initial description of the Hotel on Expedia, that it was an Adult All Inclusive. It was a great All Inclusive but there were several families with kids. Although the kids were all great and we had a wonderful time, Expedia needs to remove the Adult Hotel description.

It was an Amazing property! Everyone was super friendly. The resort felt safe and that was my biggest concerns. It was all inclusive and the food was very good! I would definitely recommend this resort to my friends and family.
