The staff were accommodating, lots of chairs to lay by the beach and by the pool, no waits for drinks and food, kids club staff were super friendly, the shows were amazing. It made for a beautiful vacation!

Our room had broken curtain rods, toilet not working not clean, shower what else is wrong with the property was dirty. I saw here in the bathroom. Leaky faucet pipes, stained sheets, old and outdated. Not as pictured on the website. Let me finish the skating report.

I liked the location. Lots to do in surrounding area. Some of the buffet options for dinner and lunch left more to be desired. The staff was awesome, Juan on the beach is the man. Not great water pressure/heat in shower. Overall it was great.

Gardens were beautiful, staff very nice. Main dining outdated and choices were okay. Japanese style restaurant was our favourite. The room was okay as our shower door was difficult to close and the patio door didn’t lock and the toilet didn’t always flush properly. Many families with children as I think it’s a good place for them. Nightly shows across the street at the theatre were great-lots of variety with very talented dancers.

the service is good , the only downside was the room , maybe because it was after the end of year , but the inner door to the balcony needed maintenance , we did the report but never got fixed, the place needs to improve , despite this, my kids got fun with beach and the pirate ship

The customer service was fantastic! From moment my son and I checked in to check out was great! Fidel at reception checked us in and when asked showed me and my son all around as it was our first time there. Dianna at front desk reception were extremely helpful! She made the reservations for us for 3/4 of nights we were there at the 3 restaurants as every morning the reservations were booked! Sergio at the bar in lobby was amazing! He remembered what me and son liked everyday and was very kind to talk to! Christian at LaPalapa restaurant always made gluten free bread was there at our table at breakfast! We’re both celiacs so I do wish we had more gluten free options! But overall was amazing stay. We took uber to Melican boardwalk amd was absolutely amazing walking along the boardwalk! Thank you crown paradise club for great memories!

Nice activities for kids. Good pool area and multiple bars. Buffet food was average. Rooms are very old and needing repairs. Staff very friendly. If you cannot speak Spanish then it is very hard to communicate. At checking tried 3 different rooms before we got one that was available.

From the minute we arrived we had issues. We were provided a room that was already occupied. Luckily the person in the room was not there otherwise we would have walked in on them. We booked two rooms and requested that they be near each other which was not the case. They got the rooms situated the next day however the AC was not working well in one of the rooms. Maintenance was notified but nothing was done. The rooms have limited outlets so it was disappointing when one of the outlets (the one by the nightstand) was missing and could not be used. No clear information was provided about the restaurant reservation system. The patio door does not lock, which is a safety concern. Even their manager recommended that a complaint be filed with Orbitz so that something can be done about all of the issues. The only good thing is that the property is near the airport.

I recently stayed at Crown Paradise Club Resort, and it was a complete letdown. The pictures online were a complete misrepresentation of the actual property. The hotel was run down, with everything from the elevators to the rooms falling apart. The key cards stopped working multiple times, and the front desk staff, particularly Lupita at night, seemed more focused on flirting with her coworker than assisting guests. The food was awful—bland and poorly prepared. Shrimp was overcooked and impossible to peel, and the chicken was so dry it was hard to swallow. The on-site restaurant reservation system was a nightmare, opening at 9:01 AM and having all reservations booked by 9:03 AM. There was also a terrible sewage smell in parts of the hotel, and in other areas, the scent of cleaning chemicals was overwhelming. The entire resort felt neglected, with poor maintenance throughout. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, and I have photos to back up my claims. I wouldn’t recommend Crown Paradise Club Resort to anyone.

If you take nothing else away from reading this, please understand that this resort caters to, and is mostly visited by, locals. The food, service, and language reflects this fact. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with this, but it's not quite what we're used to when travelling to Mexico for vacations, and left us disappointed overall. Pros: The a la carte restaurants were decent. You do have to book at precisely 9:01am to have a shot at getting in though. The pool areas were decent. Our second room was in fairly good shape, and looked out into the courtyard and kids pool area. We enjoyed spending time out on it. There's a grocery store right down the street which we utilized to get food that our kids would actually eat Cons: The family rooms with bunks look out on to the road, loading area, and power station. You can't sit on the balcony. Our one of these was completely dilapidated. Missing outlet and light switch covers, lights out, holes in the floor tiles, the bathroom mirror was rusty, i could go on. Luckily we were able to switch to a room with two double beds after the first night. The food selection and quality at the buffet was poor. The kids pool left our kids (2,4) with semi-deep abrasions the first day. The water slides shoot them out into 8 inches of water with a rough bottom. They wouldn't use the slides the rest of the trip. Very few staff spoke any English. We communicated quite a bit via Google Translate.

Amazing freshly renovated waterpark and 2 pools. One with entertainment and one without depending on your wants for the moment which was really nice since my baby loved to nap by the pool. Everything was very clean. Nothing fancy but it was very affordable. My biggest complaint was the food wasnt great. Mostly at the buffet. But by the end of the trip we were using the snack shacks and room service and managed to avoid the buffet even without worrying about reservations to the other resturuants. The drinks were delicious, they had a nice fancy kids drink menu aswell which was nice. The entertainment at club nitro was amazing. A different show everynight and on my daughters birthday they handed out balloons and sang to her and she loved it. We went off resort a bit because there was stuff we has planned to do before we got there but we honestly could have stayed on resort the whole time and been perfectly happy. We were very worried with some of the reviews we read were nervous about booking. But we are so glad we did and we would definitely go back again! Something to note is thay the bunk beds are very short so dont plan on putting full sized people teenagers on them. Another nice thing was there was no pressure to spend more money when we got there. I was approached by one lady wanting to braid my daughters hair which was something we were actually hoping to find. And one or two other people but noone pushy at all! The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Not a bad one

Es la tercera vez que vamos pero en esta ocasión nos tocó mala experiencia con las habitaciones, la primer habitación que tuvimos está llena de chinches y amanecimos todos picoteados, lo comentamos con recepción y nos cambiaron de habitación, la nueva habitación tenía goteras por todos lados en el baño, en la sala y la parte donde estaba la recámara, afortunadamente solo se mojó una maleta y no todas.
