Location, staff, and room was amazing! We had the high floor oven view w/ king bed and it was so comfy. Staff clean everyday and everyone was so helpful and nice! I felt extremely safe and security was a the gate before driving up. Overall a wonderful experience with easy beach access and in pool bar.

Brought my boyfriend for his 60th birthday. We had already visited the Westin in November last year and were very pleased. I asked for and paid for a higher floor room with ocean view for his 60th birthday. We had already visited the Westin in November last year and we’re very pleased. I asked for and paid for a higher floor room with ocean view. I was in room 916. The ocean view was obstructed by the building right next to us and a big wall. Boyfriend was also disappointed that the breakfast buffet was closed as well as the beach bar. We will give it one more chance in May and see if it’s any better when it turns into an all-inclusive property the staff were excellent very very nice room very very clean Lorena our housekeeper was excellent and very nice pool was clean. The property is beautiful.

Property was good but had some small issues. Small things were broken, like the lock on our door and our room safe. But, the service staff was amazing and the pool was great. View from our balcony was also worth the price.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff is what makes this property exceptional—especially Gaby and Antonio, who work in the pool area. They remembered our names and made us feel genuinely welcomed each day. The hotel is currently undergoing a remodel, so a few facilities, including one of the large restaurants, were temporarily closed. Note, that PV is a party destination and while staying anywhere you are exposed to loud music into the evening.

Love this hotel! The last night of my stay was filled with loud young adults running around the hotel though and had to get staff involved to quiet them down but they did. The staff were all sooo nice and helpful!
