Everyone working there is very welcoming and friendly. The food is tasty, the pools are clean. I went during hurricane season. So I understood that some things at the resort were not available to due to how dangerous the ocean was. Overall a fantastic time. I have been there twice now.

We loved the service as it was very attentive. We dislike that no communication was given during booking for specific attire required to eat at their restaurants & how you have to travel a short distance to obtain pool towels, they should have one located close to pool and other by beach. Otherwise decent, still thinking if we would do a second visit.

I actually enjoyed this stay but won’t return.Any buffet food was very poor-tacos and omelette prepared upon request was what should be eaten.Drinks provided in rooms and at bars substandard. Service was good.Overall- poor conditions of amenities-a/c was barely working, rooms in disrepair. I enjoyed being one of 3 Caucasians- I enjoy the Mexican culture and interactions- most seemed to be compelled in Spanish. Seems an allocation, as many in PV, almost exclusively for locals. Not an issue but something to know. Great to get a message on the beach. Yes, checking does take some time when there are no real lines. Despite this I enjoyed myself and the scene.lastly the room safe was inop as a foreigner we always want to safeguard travel documents. Hope this helps
