The service was great the breakfast was good . The reception girl Ho ey was very well and gave nice service

Was such a pleasant welcome and smooth check in when we arrived at the hotel the staff and especially Tiffany were so helpfull and really went the extra effort to make sure our stay is perfect. Every time we leave or come all staff acknowledge you and say hi or bye. The bed is so comfotable and the pillows are so soft. Room and bathroom is so spacious in the room we had. Is only a 5/10 minute walk to the old quarter qith plenty of little shops and restaurants along the way. Would recommend...

Very well maintained

Every guess receives an amazing welcome from the moment they enter the hotel. Thae staff are so helpful and kind. My room was spacious well furnished and importantly quiet! The hotel location was close to everything I wanted to see and do. I would definitely book this hotel without hesitation. A+

We stayed here as a family of five. The staff were absolutely amazing, constantly going out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We were initially quite overwhelmed when we arrived as the reception area was very full and busy - if you experience this, please don’t let it deter you, this hotel is fabulous. We have stayed at many hotels during our 4 weeks in Vietnam and we all agree that Solaria had the best breakfast! Our bed was very hard, but as soon as we spoke to reception a topper was...

Clean, spacious new hotel in a great location. Easy walk to Old Town. Will be staying again.

Great location, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast options. The sky deck is lovely.

Friendly staff, clean well appointed room , great breakfast, fantastic location

Really recommend this well located hotel - it is a smaller hotel with very friendly helpful staff

This was our first trip to Hanoi and Meritel Hanoi exceeded our expectations. From constant communications by the reservation desk to any request during our stay. The location is ideal in Old Quarter walking distance to all attractions. The breakfast buffet is amazing with traditional dishes such as pho, spring rolls and bah mi. I choose this hotel because it was new and had Indochina decor, which was beautiful. The room we had was on the 7th floor, so high enough from the traffic noice, and had...

What an amazing hotel! The decor is absolutely beautiful. The building is in a great condition and it has been tastefully decorated throughout. The staff is so friendly and attentive. The massage was the best I'd had in a long time. It's a little further away from the main tourist area in Hoi An but apart from the location I can't fault this hotel at all. Such amazing value! The bed and room were just beautiful. I'd definitely stay again when I'm back in Hoi an.

Very friendly, approachable staff that will go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

Great hotel with excellent facilities staff and accommodation. Really enjoyable
