We loved this hotel. The customer service and food were amazing. We stayed for two nights but ended up adding one more night. Our personal butler, Rousse, was very attentive. Our room was very nice with an amazing view. The only downside was the plung pool. We weren’t able to enjoy it because the water was not very comfortable and was quite cold.

The rooms are large and well designed. More than one option for pools. The food was excellent and multiple restaurant choices. The staff are cordial and kind. The only inconvenience was the proximity to towns. It is quite far from shopping and town activities. With all that said, I would definitely choose to go back there again.

Clean and nice rooms, very good amenities, nice restaurants with NO need for reservations, no passes required for towels , high quality of food and good brand of liqueurs every time and everywhere. Secretes side is for adults only! The staff incredible! Paty, luis and Perfect in the Pool bars, Aremy and Denise in the breakfast restaurant , and Antonio in the taxi/Lobby receipt area. The only low is the beach that has a lot of rocks and you can not enjoy the sea waves. Very good and enjoyable trim escape for us. We’ll go back again for sure!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and treated like royalty. This is our third time. And with in the last couple years, they've expanded the property built new restaurants to food is impeccable. They have three staff per visitor. It's just one of the most remarkable places in the world and we can't wait to come back next year. This is a secrets & a Dreams resort together. One side adults only. The other side families. All the restaurants are for both resorts. We thoroughly enjoyed the Hibachi grill, Bordeaux French restaurant & the Italian restaurant. The food was good. They do have a few all adult pools but you can still hear the kids screaming & splashing. If you are looking for an all adult only resort, our opinion would be to find a different resort.
