"Check in was a bit disorganized due to a large group being processed. Would have been nice if a single check in person prioritized non group clients. Bathroom was fine, starting to feel a bit dated. Hotel did have a couple of English speaking channels."

"Recommended by a friend. I will surely recommend to my own friends. It is clean and you will feel the Japanese culture in their aesthetics. It is also near the Kyoto Station and almost every local hotspot are accessible via taxi, bus, or by walking. Their service is of quality, from the entrance door to your room's door, you can make sure that they'll be taking care of you. I did not get to try their restaurant and the onsen, but I will for sure do it the next time I visit."

"The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful. There are two good restaurants and a Lawson in the building and many more restaurants and stores nearby. If you are attending a convention at the Makuhari Messe or going to a baseball game, it is very convenient. It is rather far from the most popular areas of Tokyo, about an hour by public transit."

"Though not an actual Disney property, the hotel and decorations were tangentially related. The shuttle service was prompt and efficient. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially since i do not speak Japanese. "
