Another lovely stay

Third stay at this lovely hotel. Always clean and staff are soo friendly. Perfect position with views of the Mersey. Fantastic breakfast served til 10-30!! Would defo recommend.

Nice hotel. Great location. Very friendly and helpful concierge…. Only one issue, the towels were clean but old… One was so thread bare it had a hole and we needed to take it back to reception. Otherwise spot on.

Great hotel but poor breakfast

Check in service was excellent and room large with a very comfortable bed. Only thing that let the hotel down for me was the breakfast - no real fresh fruit options and yoghurt was runny, coffee not the best so my advice would be to book this great hotel but have breakfast somewhere else.
