Nice hotel in the Wirral. Nice facilities such as Bar, restaurant, gym pool etc however gym and pool isn’t included in the stay, you have to pay extra and also parking you have to pay extra. Staff weren’t particularly helpful, I had to ask about the pool and had to ask about breakfast times, they didn’t tell us anything until I asked. Room was spacious but too hot and no air con. Bath needed a rinse before I could use it

Lovely Hotel, polite and helpful staff on every department. Clean and comfortable rooms, great food with large portions. Lots of parking spaces available. Ideal for business use, my only downside was no water in the room.

Hotel was immaculate and the facilities excellent. The rooms themselves were large and spacious with everything you needed. The only slight issue was there was no plug socket near the mirror in one room and in another there wasn't one by the one bed...but we could get around these.

Stayed 2 nights. Really good hotel. Excellent facilities. Lovely breakfast. Nice rooms. The only negative comment is we had very noisy neighbours on our first night who had people in their room and played loud music from 12.30am until 2.30am which was not what you want for a weekend away. Otherwise would recommend.
