"Very nice room not too far from the town centre. One of the few places with free parking in queenstown. Only a 5-10min walk into the centre. Room looks well presented and is very clean. Also rather spacious. Room has digital code to access which is safe and reliable. Parking is tight and up a steep ramp but is free and right outside your room. "

"Super close to skyline and town center. Also, good access to getting to Glenorchy-Queenstown and Arrowtown. Friendly staff checking in. Just an awesome and amazing experience here. Room fit our family perfectly and parking right outside our door. Heaters in the rooms to keep us warm. "

"Valet parking is a must as parking anywhere in town is a crap shoot. Breakfast was decent and the location is excellent. We had a Mountain View with partial lake views. We didn’t feel like we were missing out as we didn’t spend much time in our room."

"Extremely comfortable beds. Excellent view. But the property is a bit tired and needs a little TLC. Was a bit odd that the ensuite didn’t have a toilet in it, and you had to go out in the hallway to a shared one. And in the downstairs, the toilet was separate to the bathroom, which only had a basin to wash your hands, so, they should have been in the same room, not 2 separate rooms? But, in saying that. We did like our stay, the staff were lovely. Ok distance from town. Walking down didn’t take too long, but back up the hill was a little struggle for the unfit. But, about a $10 uber fare, so that was great!"
