"Room was lovely and clean with a lovely view. Modern inside, with comfy beds, hot show and cosy heaters. Office staff were lovely and helpful. Central place to stay especially that the bus stop is right outside the accommodation. Will definitely stay again "

"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The bus stop right in front of the hotel made getting around incredibly convenient, and we loved how close the shops and restaurants were—just a short walk away. "Loved the staff, helpful as due to the size of hotel we had to get directions a couple of times from the lobby to our room in another block/ wing of the hotel. Staff provided a map and other and staff were helpful when asked. The view from our room was gorgeous of the mountains. There is path through a local park which is close by that you can take to the center of Queenstown with restaurants and stores. Ate a couple of times at on site restaurant and service and food was good. "
