Farm House! 3 Bedroom house, 1 bath on 92 Acres!! Just mins from Ark Come Enjoy family farm, hike in the woods. Ample parking. Enjoy serene peaceful country setting. Explore barn. Enjoy Wildlife such as White tail Deer, Wild Turkeys! Could even enjoy a distance view of the Ark after your hike to the back of the farm. Enjoy the near by shops in Williamstown, Antique Shopping, etc.
Very comparable fees! Basic rental fee is for 2 guests - additional fee of $15 per night per guest over 24 months of age.

We had a great stay at the farm. The house was exactly as described. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one was the best stocked property. We had plenty of supplies including a broom, cleaning supplies and toilet paper. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with, even a crock pot. The house felt cozy, kind of like stepping back in time to my great grandma's house. We loved the cows out back! I just wish it hadn't rained most of our stay so that we could have explored the property more. If you stay at this property, be prepared to unplug. There is no wifi or cable tv. The tv had several channels via an antenna. The teens were a bit frustrated with that but we got in a lot of family time. We played games at the kitchen table every night. Bring DVDs and games and you will be fine! My only complaint with the house is the beds. The mattresses are very uncomfortable. I have a terrible back and because of the mattress I had a backache every day that we were there. Overall it was a great house and a great time. If we come back to the Ark we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your farm with us.

Very close to many things, including The Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, and Cincinnati. Wonderful communication as to directions to the proprty and what to do upon check-in and check-out.

Farm Property
Are acivities were either in Cincy or Lexington, so the location was perfect for us because it's pretty close to the middle of these two cities. Plus it is only a few mile for The Ark. Only negative comment is the front steps need repair. Slab Jack should be able to fix them and avoid a possible future accident. Sunken steps is tyical with older properties. A great getaway place!

Nice, Nostalgic, and Nearby (to Ark Encounter & Creation Museum)
the Lazy L is a great place to stay when visiting the Ark Encounter (10 minutes away) and Creation Museum (45 minutes away). My wife and I are in our 60s and we selected the Lazy L because it reminded us of our grandparents' farms and we wanted our 6-year-old grandson to have plenty of room to run and play during our 5 day visit and give him exposure to a working ranch. This is still a working ranch and the original homeplace for the family who still owns it. Donna and her two brothers are great property managers and left a nice history about their family. By modern standards, it seems crazy that up to 12 people once lived in this three bedroom, 1 bath house. That means that YES, you can get by with only one bathroom during your visit even if have a decent size family. Remember this is a 1939 farmhouse and while it does have most of the modern conveniences of a home (especially the kitchen), the rest of the house is exactly what you would think an older farmhouse would be like. If you are looking for a new and modern place, this is not it, go ahead and book a hotel room. However, if you want to stay at a nice, unique place with plenty of space to roam, seriously consider the Lazy L. So why did I rate it 4 stars instead of 5? While authentic, I think the mattresses in the bedrooms should be replaced. While they certainly are not from 1939, it has been more than a few years since they have been replaced, and doing so will make this home an even nicer place.

Country Calm
We stay at the Lazy L, to enjoy the Ark Encounter, and other things to do in the area. Enjoyed the country farm. I’m a country girl at heart. Which means you have to have a heart for staying at a country farm. Loved seeing the cows visit so close to the house. Loved the view out the windows. Very comfortable. The hosts had everything that was needed for our stay.

Wonderful and Relaxing
The Lazy L is a delightful and cozy place to stay. It offered everything our family needed. We enjoyed hiking and relaxing on the front porch. We got to meet the hosts who went above and beyond to care about us. When we had trouble with our vehicle they were very helpful and offered to assist us in getting help. We would definitely stay there again!

Homey yet rundown
This was a great location for surrounding attractions. It was a quaint and quiet place to relax. However, I’m sensitive to mold and could tell by day2 there was mold somewhere. The step going in the back door is dangerous my husband and I both about face planted. We met one of the owners super nice man and enjoyed talking to him. We. Didn’t mind the old farm house feel, but if you are looking for modern comfort this is not for you. The barn is dangerous not as advertised as a place to explore and the pasture is home to cows and a large black bull. Not a place to let kids wander and explore. The yard however is a wonderful spot to watch cows and a few wild Turkeys. Overall it’s a good place. I’m just trying to be honest to help others.
