It was really family friendly but it also wasnt because we we
couldnt eat the Italian restaurant because yout kids have to be 7yrs to be allowed to go in. Everything is way way overpriced, a Cappuccino is $9 fijian dollars which is $6 Australian dollars. A lot of things are outdated like in the room there was two showers heads lol its like they put a new shower head and left the old one, the king bed had a hump in the middle so you would always roll to the side of the mattress which probably says that either two.beds where joined together and the mattress are old, our bathroom mirror had scratch marks and our balcony sliding door wouldn't close properly because the loose bolts where not holding properly or maybe not tightened properly or not maytained and had gone loose. Don't worry about TV because there is no chanels lol, its like they are connected to a world war 2 channel system, the only good chanel is cartoon network but it dops out %90 of the time.
There is lots of other things that could be mentioned about the food in the restaurants and the resort it its self.
To end this, all i have to say is this resort doesn't live up to the Shangrila Name. It needs a major major make over to live up to its name. It should also look at either being a full family resort or a full adults resort, the way it is now is annoying to a lot of ppl from conversations with ppl that where staying there. Advertised clear see through kayaks on photos but was told they dont have them anymore.
