"The room was noisy, I could not sleep well."

"I stay at many beautiful hotels but this hotel was absolutely one that I will recommend to others. It was absolutely gorgeous and our room was completely immaculate. However, I must state that the most wonderful part of staying at this hotel was the Service!! These hard working individuals were so efficient!!! As soon as we turned into the hotel driveway. Of which, was my greatest concern as it is located right in the thick of “Downtown” Toronto! That was it!!!! The staff took over immediately. Nothing to it….I just got out of my car. The Valet organized everything within seconds!!! I then was told exactly where to go to check-in. Every staff person was so professional, precise in what to do next. Immediately I was literally walking into our suite. The staff are absolutely incredible!! They all work together as a true Team!!! Everything was seamless!!! Plus….the staff were truly friendly and kind!!! I felt immediately that I was in GREAT hands!! The amount of Resources (Staff) that the hotel puts into your stay is something I have never experienced! Truly, as soon as I pulled up I was on “vacation”! It was all due to the wonderful people that work at the hotel to ensure that there is nothing to do but to go relax!!! That’s what makes this hotel worth every penny!! Relaxation!!! "

"This hotel is decent. Our only complaint is that it is way too expensive. The amenities do not justify the price that we paid. There are no tissue boxes in the room, no coffee machine in the room, no lotion. It would be fine if you were paying $100 or $150 per night at most. We paid far more than that, unfortunately. I guess that’s just Vancouver."

"Parking and check in was easy. Nice location close to the citadel. Room was clean and comfortable. Rooftop view. Breakfast was pretty basic. Unfortunate extra charge for some items. Overall, good experience."
