"Hotel was clearly dated. Rooms could use updating. Pool was really nice, enjoyed having an adult side and a kids side. Check in took about 30 minutes. Pet room was very basic, smelled strange that wouldn’t dissipate even with the windows open. Pool was good, not ever crowded as we stayed mid week in March. Walls were very thin and could hear neighbours up until very late at night. "

"The views and architecture is awesome. The staff it’s like there isn’t enough.. the desks r really slow and it seems they always mess up bookings or they don’t update automatically. Rooms r nice, shower leaks a bit thru the door seals. "

"The room was clean, but very dated. The bathroom is small and the shower is weak. The staff are very knowledgeable and very unfriendly. The location is excellent, I imagine the view from the harbor side is nice. The management is terrible, they do not care about customer service at all, they will upcharge every chance they get. 30 a day for parking, 30 a day if you need a cot, no refunds or discounts if your room is not what you need or for early checkout. "

"Practically zero amenities. Good only if u need a cheap place to sleep but don’t expect comfort or convenience as there are no microwaves or kettles or anything of the sort"

"Clean rooms and great staff. Hotel location is great. Walkable to everything downtown. Parking is safe and secure. Continental breakfast was delicious."
