Assez déçu de l'hôtel. Nous avons eu la chance de trouver une place de parking dans la rue de l'hôtel, sinon la galère. Un accueil original mais très cordial. Par contre la découverte de la chambre a été une grosse déception. Elle n'avait rien à voir avec les photos de la description de la chambre réservée. Pour une chambre censée être rénovée, elle était vraiment très ancienne, les peintures vieilles, la salle de bain d'un autre temps. Chambre assez propre mais ménage perfectible également. Les points positifs sont : le sol (qui est récent) et le frigo. Le lit était confortable mais aucun rapport avec les photos là aussi. Pas de tête de lit, il est juste collé au mur (un vieux mur jaune, vraiment pas joli). Nous n'avions aucun produit de toilettes dans la salle de bain, nous l'avons signalé mais la gérante nous a répondu qu'ils avaient mal géré les stocks... Elle nous a proposé de nous prêter son propre gel douche... Nous avons mangé au restau qui était vraiment très bon (même si là aussi il y a eu des couacs entre la carte affichée et la réalité). Le lendemain matin, personne pour le checkout. Nous sommes partis en laissant les clés sur la porte... Pour conclure, le personnel est très sympa mais semble un peu dépassé hélas. On n'a pas l'habitude de se plaindre et on est très compréhensif mais là les erreurs se sont vraiment accumulées, surtout à 82€ la nuit, on attend quand même beaucoup mieux.

Avis café hôtel du Palais
L'hôtel présente un très bon rapport qualité prix pour la ville. Il est assez bien situé, avec un parking public, payant, juste en face. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le seul bémol peut-être pourrait concerner l'aspect un peu vieillot de la décoration.
