Large room. Quiet. Everything in the room worked properly. Good location. Helpful staff. Food nothing special. Cheap, hard bed on inexpensive wood plank frame. That's the only thing I did not like about the room.

Perfect hotel for a stay in the High Tatras
Our short stay at the hotel was fantastic. From the staff at the reception, to those in the restaurant, even the cleaners, they always had a smile and were so helpful and accomodating to our requests. The room was clean, spacious, had its own balcony and being an apartment, had everything you would expect, including kitchen, fridge, microwave, etc. Not that we catered for ourselves, as the food in the restaurant was excellent and so reasonably priced. If we were to try and find fault, it was that it wasn't possible to book a massage in the wellness area, as everything was booked, by that was more bad planning on our part. If you want to spend some time in Strbske Pleso and the High Tatras, look no further than the Hotel Panorama. I know for sure we will be back!

Hotel celkem udržovaný, ale nefunkční restaurace-pouze snídaně. Večeře se musí zamluvit předem za NEUVĚŘITELNÝCH 18 e na osobu! ! ! Opravdu malý lobby bar 5 stolků, Wellnes je směšný název pro finskou saunu 4-6 osob, parní kabinu 4 osoby a infrasaunu 1-2 osoby, děti tam samozřejmě nesmí.Na pokojích nejsou ventilačky, takže větrání přes noc jen při otevřeném okně. Celkem zklamání. Je to v podstatě taková nablýskaná chudoba, za né zrovna málo peněz! ! !

Wi-Fi nebyla k dispozici, telefon na recepci nefungoval. A při příjezdu hned před vchodem měl chuť člověk odejít. Jsou zde sami cizinci a vypadá to zde, jak sociální ubytovna, ne jako hotel. Už nikdy více, děkuji - stačilo.
