Spacious one Bedroom Apartment attached to a private home but with a separate entrance. Large Living room with TV. Fully Equipped kitchen, everything you need to prepare your meals. Bedroom has Queen size bed and TV. Bathroom has a walk in shower, bathtub and double vanity sink. Private deck with table and chairs for your morning coffee and a grill for your use. Private walking path on the property. Both Roku TV's hooked to Spectrum TV and Netflix . Smoking permitted in outdoor areas only. Pets welcome with no additional fee.

Magnificent host and stay!!!!
My husband and I were looking for peaceful getaway for the weekend. So much to do in the area. The host Eric and Tammy were very sweet and helpful. Check in super easy and flexible. Country setting and enjoyed the peace and quiet. This place had everything and then some. Heated bathroom floors and private deck. This place was soooo clean and high end finished. Bottle of wine and chocolates were on table for us. Highly recommend! 10/10, Denise and Matt

Great Weekend Getaway
We booked this VRBO to stay in a quiet, safe neighborhood while we visited distilleries and other places in this area. We were not disappointed! This place was the most adorable little area out in the country. It was safe, extremely clean and quiet and the owner was so friendly and nice. The wine and chocolates were a nice surprise when we got into settled in for our first night. We stayed three nights total and will not hesitate to come back in the future when visiting the area. Great little place!!

Wonderful vacation spot
We loved staying at Circle F Acres. It's a beautiful and peaceful. The property is very dog friendly, our lab and basset hound had plenty of room to explore. The hosts provided all of the amenities needed to make out stay great.

Amazing rural getaway
Eric was great from start to finish. He let us bring our dogs (without an extra fee!) and greeted us when we got there with wine and chocolate. We are already planning a trip back

Perfect stay!
I had a great time and he called to make sure I knew the location since I was arriving later in the evening. Its a terrific place outside the city and I enjoyed the stay at Christmas time! Inside is very well thought out. He also takes pride in the place he rents out! I will stay there again with zero reservations to book with him again!
