"I loved the high standard of the hotel. Its in a superb area with great views of the racecourse.
I would have preferred a buffet style , self service breakfast but otherwise, a lovely break "
"Excellent staff communication, the room was spotless, tea/coffee, hairdryer and iron in the room. Great choice for breakfast, couldn’t fault our stay, great price, will definitely stay again, The staff on reception were really friendly and helpful, nothing was a bother for them, Thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"Digital check-in failed to work but staff on desk friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Bathroom needs a make-over. Sink and bath both chipped in several places.

"Very comfy beds led to a good nights sleep. Clean room. Big enough for a night. Room and hotel a bit dated but not overly to distract. Friendly and helpful staff. The pool, sauna and steam room where great. The changing area and lockers ideal. The showers didn't have a mat outside them so the floor was very wet and quite slippy when we stayed. Breakfast was good. They didn't have much on show for gluten-free, fruit, yoghurt, cereals. Asked for toast and they also have more. The evening meal wasnt as we expected a bit expensive and not much choice and it wasn't that good. They had 2 gluten-free choices. Not many eating here."
