"Location is close to train station at Manchester airport. After coming out of station it is a 5 min walk. Room had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Down side, bed was very hard "

"Beautiful property, but unfortunately the experience is let down by very poor customer service and a number of unexpected additional costs that you wouldn’t expect at this star rating. Check-in is consistently delayed often by over an hour and the compensation offered (typically a single £20 drinks voucher) feels inadequate given the inconvenience. Overall, while the hotel itself is visually impressive, the service and overall value do not justify the price."

"Free car park Spacious room but bed had clearly not been moved as there was rubbish under it Stayed in 551 - no warning that despite double glazing you hear every word of announcements at line st station - try and stay at front of hotel. Check in staff were very helpful. The young male who checked us out needed a little bit more training. Good bar attached to hotel. Didn’t eat there but restaurant was quite busy. "
