"Eleanor helped us when we arrived as we were unsure what we needed to do. I thought I’d checked in online but hadn’t. She was incredibly helpful and sorted this quickly for us. Room is what you want for a nights rest before a flight. Bar busy but manageable."

The Mill Hotel & Spa

The Mill Hotel & Spa

8/10 Good
"A well-located hotel in Chester (approx. a 10-minute walk to the centre of the High Street) with great amenities: restaurant, bar, spa, gym and pool. Our room was clean, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The room just felt a little outdated and in need of some modernising, in particular the bathroom. However, this didn't impact our one-night stay. Breakfast was small in selection, but tasty. The spa was a nice-to-have, and we enjoyed using the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi."
