"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thoughtful touches throughout, from home baked biscuits, little chocolates to lovely snuggly throws for inside and out. A special place where the hosts still believe in the little extras. V quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend."

A verified traveller stayed at Wai Ora Lakeside Spa Resort
"We loved our view. I wasn't that keen on the bathroom only being separated by glass doors as it reduced the amount of privacy whilst in the toilet. Our stay would have been perfect if the hotel had a mineral pool."
"Property in good condition, uses good quality products, clean. However should have some disposable slippers as dirty shoes walking in from outside. There were show shower curtains on the side but no shower curtains blocking the water even though there were hooks for it therefore water splashed all over the room and you could slip. All in all the room was nice and clean. We will book again. "
