We had a fantastic stay at Brylin Motel over the weekend. The location was close to everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean. Great large bathroom. The unit was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend Brylin Motel and look forward to staying here again

We loved our stay at Brylin, super quiet, comfy beds and perfect for a two bedroom apartment. An extra mirror upstairs would be helpful but overall a great place to stay. Location excellent for our needs, staff helpful. Is a two storey apartment so be mindful if you don't like stairs. Can recommend for sure. Very affordable.

The stay exceeded our expectation for a motel. We enjoy the duplex with lot of space, an equiped kitchen, big L shape couch in the living room, jacuzzi in the bath room, sensible lighting in rooms, plenty of amenities provided and friendly staffs.

Spacious, great view of sun set, beautiful bathroom. Parking was a little tight, but they did offer better options. Walls are thin, so you could hear your neighbours. Other than that it was a good stay.

It wasn't too far from where we needed to go or near the downtown area. The staff was friendly. They upgraded us to a bigger and better suite. The area was really safe and quiet. I know it's been a while, since we were there, but they gave us chocolate to write review. I'd definitely go back again. It's also near a bus stop. Yeeahh.. very clean and good bang for ya buck.

The people were very friendly and the space worked really well for us. They have recently put in new carpets, but could do with better quality living/dining furniture. Also should have been cleaner - hoovering - bits behind the tv and under heater, worktop sticky plus a beer had exploded and frozen in the freezer. The bedding and towels were lovely and clean.

I had a parking spot right outside my front door, the bed was comfortable, shower was too small there was no body wash or shampoo, hotel is located a bit too far from the centre of town so location isn’t great, not a disastrous place to stay by any means but not great either, just average, hence the 6/10 rating I’ve given

Rotorua Family Stay

The bathrooms were not clean. I asked management to clean them thoroughly and they complied. Mold around ashes of shower and simply not a clean bathroom. The rooms did not have enough coffee, no tissues, large containers of shampoo and body wash on the floor of the shower. For what we paid simply not adequate. I’d advise people to stay elsewhere.

Excellent and efficient check in with advice on local tourist attractions and discount vouchers given which were greatly appreciated, and used. We were very surprised at the size of our apartment and it was well presented and clean. There were 2 upstairs balconies, one off the master and one off the living area, and a downstairs patio off the second bedroom. The spa bath was a bonus after spending a few hours out mountain biking. Great central location for the activities we were doing. The only recommendation we could make, which in no way affected our stay, would be the addition of some wine glasses, which we would have used while enjoying the sunset on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Brylin, we loved our stay in Rotorua❤️ We didn’t see or hear any of the other occupants while there.

Clean and tidy rooms. Standard wear and aging of a motel. Our young kids loved the stairs in the two bedroom suite. Staff were wonderful, with good communication prior to our arrival. Note for parents with young kids: We, personally, weren’t comfortable to put them in the room downstairs, as it put them between us and the entrance/exit, so we manoeuvred one of the mattresses into the upstairs bedroom and all managed to sleep there. We were able to sleep four of us up there (with one more bed available downstairs). We enjoyed our stay.

The shower glass wasn’t clean. The water is blocked in the shower. The water is not hot enough. I can see the room isn’t well maintained. While it is clean, the wear and tear made me feel it is not as clean. Also, not enough carpark as well. The only good side is the spacious area. You get two bedroom for this price. And also Netflix to watch.
