Value for money, paid $160 for two nights room was warm beds where clean, private spa bath. Yes not flash and perfect, but for the price I won’t complain. Two indoor spas and an outdoor heated pool, perfect for thoose travelling on a budget !!

We got this place because it could cater to a party of 7 adults + 2 kids. Surprisingly when we got the keys we could have easily slept 12-14 people as we had more beds then heads. This made our stay super comfortable. Beds were comfy and there was lots of space, it wasn't cramped. It's not a super modern motel but was great value for money, especially for a big group. I will book here again.

Close to Kiriau park and about a 10 minute walk to the town centre, so a convenient location. The room was reasonably clean, but the fixtures and fittings were tired. The cooker was faulty and not many power sockets.

Me & my family loved our stay. I would recommend this motel. Amazing staff, unit was clean and all, but the shower needs to be upgraded. The outdoor pool & hot pool was amazing. Our stay was wonderful. Thank you to the staff that has helped & preparing our units for us.

Stayed with family members. Checked in late but no issues at all. Room had what we needed, kitchen, bathroom and good sized room. Good location, walking distance to lake front and hot pool spa which was great. Would stay again.

Easy to book online, reasonable price for a unit that was spacious, rooms were worn down and could do with a but of an upgrade and deep clean, check in and check out was easy, staff friendly, plenty of hot water for showers, we had our own parking spot and it was situated close to town and Kuirau Park beds were comfortable

I guess it was the peak time of the season that’s why accommodation was costly and not vacant at most of the places in Rotorua. We liked the central location of the Kairu Park motor lodge. Rooms were overall tidy but need lot of renovations. Staff was cooperative. Washroom amenities were there but bath tub shower was worse. So I think if they can work on maintenance and renovation, the facility can improve a lot.
