Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
After prompting the host twice for check in details. We were told 3 hours prior to checking in that the property was double booked. No apology in fact the host didn’t really seem to care at all!Trying to find accommodation in reading on bank holiday and when reading festival was on very stressful! I would advise you to never book this property.
