Only enough teabags for one cup each and peppermint never arrived. Restaurant wanted to charge a card not a room because too difficult to bring room up on system!. Foid ok but font expect many choices and all can be prepared off site to go through a reheat kitchen. Room simple but tired "

"This hotel is at Heathrow Terminal 2. The Runway Bar is an excellent place to eat and drink with a fantastic, panoramic view of the entire airport. The hotel is accessed by walking through a multi storey car park from Terminal 2, which is not very elegant. However, it is a LONG walk to Terminal 3. Back through the car park. Along to London Underground (at least 400 yards), Then along from the underground to Elizabeth Line and Heathrow Express smoky 800 yards, then another 400 yards from there to Terminal 3. An athlete could do it in 10 minutes, if they ran. For most humans, with luggage it is at least 20 minutes. It is wrong to describe this as Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3. Terminal 3 can be reached on foot walking nearly a mile."

"I’ve stayed here a number of times because it’s so convenient when flying in/out. Staff will try to allow an early check-in if your room is ready, which is greatly appreciated. And the breakfast buffet is included and very good."
